Then suddenly you get hit by this huge rush of emotions, and no not the type caused by all of the alcohol you have consumed! But by the realisation that this year has ended and another has begun!
You begin to think about everything that’s happened, what you haven’t done and what you have, its a sense of loss but also a sense of gain! Well it was at that moment, the beginning of 2013 when I decided that this was it, I had set myself a goal to…Travel the World.
I don’t care how I do it, how long it takes to save up or how hard this is going to be. I know that one day I will be travelling country to country and achieving my wildest dreams (Along with my worst nightmares too – but the dreams will definitely override this , or so I hope!)
I am from little tiny England and have lived here all my life. I love England don’t get me wrong, I love the castles, I love the countryside, I love the food and the culture.
So why do I want to leave so much? – I’m guessing that’s what you’re thinking.
Well I have always loved to Travel, even the terrible holidays I didn’t t want to leave, but why would you? That feeling of being free, no responsibilities, no bills to worry about, no car, no home…
Just Me, Richard and our Backpacks – Perfect!
The thought of this would probably make some people turn green (with sickness not envy!) it can be hard to imagine your whole life in a backpack but that excites me, not knowing where your going, who you will meet, what you will experience and living one day to the next.
When I first began planning my trip around the world I looked through every itinerary and planned it down to every little detail and then one day I stopped, I want to be free from organisation, free from planning, so I have scrapped that and plan to just go with the wind – Literally!
My plans will change and things will happen so all I know so far is that I want to visit as many countries as I can and spend as little of my budget as possible! I want to make the most out of every country, I do feel I already do this in England and to make some amazing memories.
I want to live life to the full, reach that unreachable star and achieve the impossible dream! I hope that you will be along for the journey.
Best Wishes, Natasha.
